Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted if the undergarment is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, meaning you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start an exchange, please email us at vexicollection@gmail.com. If your request is approved, you will be responsible for providing your own return shipping label and covering all return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The quickest way to get what you want is to request an exchange, return the approved item using your own shipping label, and place a new order for the preferred item.
